Describe your household in plain words. Benefits Checker estimates the support, credits and discounts you may be missing, and shows you how to apply.
Estimates, not an official decision. Free · No ads · No ID numbers
Benefits Checker turns a few household facts into clear estimates from open rules engines. It’s free, has no ads, and keeps your privacy protected.
How it works
No forms to print, no account to create.
Where you live (just the state, region or département), who lives with you, and roughly what comes in and goes out each month.
Your answers go through open-source models of each program’s rules to estimate what you may get each year.
Every likely program, with an estimated amount, a confidence level and a direct link to the place you apply.
Who it’s for
Wages that don’t stretch far enough, rent going up, kids at school.
Pension or Social Security only, with bills and health costs to cover.
Life changed. What you qualify for may have changed too.
Transparent
Every estimate comes from open, auditable rules engines, not guesswork. You see the program, the yearly amount, how sure we are, and a link to apply.
How accurate is it?Countries covered
US, UK and France, each with its own rules engine and local programs. Ask in English; French program names are kept as you’ll see them on the forms.

No. It is an estimate. The agency or office that runs each program decides who qualifies and how much they pay. We show you where to apply, and you apply directly with them.
Benefits Checker is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for any government, agency or political party.
Calculations come from open-source rules engines (PolicyEngine for the US and UK, OpenFisca for France) that model each program’s published rules. They are only as good as the facts you share, and some local programs are screened rather than calculated. Each result shows a confidence level.
By default, nothing is stored. Your household facts are used to run the estimate and then discarded. We never ask for Social Security, National Insurance or NIR numbers, names or street addresses.
If you choose to get a re-check reminder, we keep your email, state and reminder date only, and you can unsubscribe any time.
No. Checking is free and there are no ads.
The checker works as a connector inside AI assistants, which lets it ask the follow-up questions a form can’t. A simple on-site version is on the roadmap.
